Yes. All casino games on the starwars99 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers, which has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with real dealers, providing complete transparency. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and apply over millions of game rounds — individual session results will naturally vary.

Yes. Liga Super Malaysia is one of the featured competitions in the starwars99 sportsbook. You can place pre-match and in-play bets on Liga Super matches including popular clubs from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Penang, and other teams across the league season. Markets typically include match result (1X2), Asian handicap, over/under goals, correct score, and first goalscorer. Live odds update in real time during matches.

RTP (Return to Player) varies by individual slot game title and is set by the game's software provider, not by starwars99. Most slot games available on the platform carry RTPs ranging from 94% to 97%, with some premium titles exceding 97%. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage across millions of spins and does not guarantee results in any individual session. Check the game's information panel for the specific RTP before you play.

starwars99 offers a welcome bonus for newly registered Malaysian players on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus details, including the match percentage and maximum bonus cap, are displayed on the Promotions page at the time of registration. All welcome bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. We recommend reading the full promotion terms before claiming to ensure the offer suits your playing style.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) specifies how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before cashing out bonus winnings. At starwars99, different games contribute differently toward the rollover — slots typically count100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage. Full details are in each promotion's terms.

Yes. All bonuses at starwars99 carry an expiry window, which is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. If the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe — which typically ranges from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion — the bonus and any associated bonus winnings will be automatically forfeited from your account. We strongly advise reading the expiry window before claiming any bonus to avoid losing it unintentionally.

Yes. starwars99 rewards loyal members through an ongoing loyalty programme that recognises consistent play across all game categories. Regular players accumulate points or tier progression based on wagering activity, which can be exchanged for bonus credits, cashback, priority withdrawals, and dedicated account management at higher tiers. VIP members also receive invitations to exclusive promotions and seasonal events. Contact our support team or visit the Promotions page for the latest loyalty programme details.

In most cases, only one active bonus can be held at a time on your starwars99 account. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active and subject to pending wagering requirements may not be permitted, depending on the specific promotion terms. Some ongoing promotions — such as daily cashback or weekly rebates — may operate independently alongside main bonus. Always check the relevant promotion page or contact support before claiming to avoid any conflict.
